Our unique approach to traditional strategic planning establishes a directional guide which allows for organizations and businesses to bridge the need between focused direction and the ability to adapt to changing conditions. Our goal is not to displace traditional strategic planning processes, but rather to offer a reframe of conventional terminology, often militaristic in nature, and to propose a more flexible approach to growth that is less focused on rigid outcomes.
