Years of EXPERIENCE

Michael and Glenna began their work together over 30 years ago when they co-founded the organization Colorado Youth at Risk. Glenna went on to lead multiple organizations in education and Michael founded Boldleaders, in partnership with state departments around the globe. Today, they work as consultants and coaches, supporting emerging leaders, individuals and organizations by creating the right conditions for teams to thrive.
